HP netserver 4/66

Buenos dias, estoy buscando el archivo para crear el disco de arranque y configurar la bios de un netserver 4/66.
al arrancar me pone "CMOS checksum bad".
he estado mirando en la ayuda de HP pero todos los link a los que me manda estan borrados
¿son muy antiguos?
