HP TC3100 + Eicon Server 4 BRI

A customer of ours have a problem with a HPTC3100 (windows 2000 server) with an eicon server 4 BRI.

With the old drivers for this card (version 5.3)the system crashes.
With the new version (version 5.6) after 3 or 4 hours online the system gave an error "hardware problem", also gave the test "missed line".

Does anybody know what kinda problem this is, the server is placed in germany.
