Inaccessable_Boot_Device

I disabled a SAIDRV.SYS driver (Toshiba DVD-RAM Drive). On reboot all I get is inaaccessable_boot_device. Does anyone know how to reorder the drives. I cannot get access to the BIOS, nor will the system boot from the Panasonic IDE DVD-RAM that is installed.

Honestly the only change I made was disable the dvd driver.

first - what type netserver do you have?
Normaly you can access the System-Bios by pressing F2 on Startup. You have to press until the bottem of the screen displays "Entering Setup...."
(this procedure is for all models past PentiumPro, exemple LPr, LC2, LC3 aso.)
