KVM Switch
We have installed a SERVER KVM SWITCH 2 x 16 ports (ref 336045-B21). sometime we have no signal on console screen when we press on print screen, we have no light on keyboard.

It might be a bad switch. If this is connected to a server on a CarePaq, it may be covered under that agreement. It couldn't hurt to call it in and check.
There may be a fuse next to the power connector on most of these KVM's that can be replaced by the end user. If it is not there it may be on the inside of the unit. Also replace the power cable and try a new keyboard and mouse but replace those with the power OFF.

I have recently purchased a few of these devices and we have had problems with all
of them. Especially when connecting up the second monitor port. We have worked with HP support, who don't even have these products to look at. At this point there is no solution other then to return them and purchase a different product.
