LC2000 and Windows 2000 Server

I'm reinstalling the NOS on a LC2000 server.
It had Netware 4.11 moving to Windows 2000.
Before I do I wanted to update all the firmwares and Bios. I updated the Bios to 4.06.30 PV when a went back to the driver and firmware website I noticed that there was a different bios verion for Windows 2000. (4.06.25 PV) This is an older version but was release at a later date than the 4.06.30 PV
are there issues with the newer version that aren't compatible with Windows 2000. Due I need to reflash the Bios to 4.06.25 PV. Also other than the Raid and NIC drivers can just install Windows 2000 without the Navigator CD?
