LH 2 Adaptec problem

Can anyone help please? In ECU I changed the PCI embedded SCSI slot from 7 to 1 (I am trying to install win 2K). Now when Server boots up, the CD ROM cannot be seen. If I use the Firmware tool (Ctrl M) It shows IDE 0 as failed. I cannot see how to revert... Can anyone advise?
