Login Problems

I'm working with a netserver LC3 running windows NT 4.0.

I got the blue screen of death, in order to fix that I was told to do a repair to the winnt installation. That seemed to work out ok except that I could not login to the network or the server. I tried installing the os in a different directory to see if I could get to the disks to do an ipconfig or reset passwords. Now during the install I get an error message that mraidnt.sys can not load. The system then does not allow me to select which version to boot to ( it selects the most recent) and I get the blue screen because the system can not find a bootable drive. (no raid - no access tothe hard drive).

Can anyone direct me on a way to work around this????
