Low performance

I have a ML350 with smart array 641 alone that this presenting a low performance very comparing with one another servidor ML330 the tax of tranferencia and 44.000 Mb/s and in the ML350 the tranferencia and of only 4.000 Mb/s.
What he can be?

My OS Windows 2000 server with raid 5 and 3 disks

First ,update bios on 641 adapter ,then look at array manager log for errors .It may perform consistency check .Please write here stripe size and disk capacity .Before was performance good ,or its new configured server ?

I update bios v 1.92 to v 2.26 and continued with the same problem. My disk capacity with raid 5 is 69452 Mb strip size is 16Kb.
