MicroServer N40L Issue with AMD RaidXpert

I have Raid 1 mirror on a HP N40L Microserver that had a drive go bad. I did not have a spare identified. I have replaced the drive but can't get the raid to rebuild. I go to the logical drive. I select rebuild and then highlight the replacement drive. I then click on Start Now and get the warning message about erasing the data. When I click Ok nothing happens. Nothing is in the log either nor on the Computer Events. I then try to make it a spare drive and the same thing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software with the same results. I do have the latest version of RaidXpert.

I have duplicate N40L and have checked all of the drivers for version and they are the same. I pulled a drive out of the my other N40L, broke the mirror and everything worked as it should when I chose rebuild.

Anybody have any ideas?  I need to get the mirror synced.

Thanks for any help.
