ML110 SATA RAID
This is a new piece of hardware for me. I have used a lot of other hardware RAID setups and not seen this issue.
Building or rebuilding a RAID 1 array with 2 each 80GB hard drives is taking 7-8 hours. In other systems this usually only takes about 30-40 minuttes. Has anyone else seen this and found a fix?

Re: ML110 SATA RAID
In my opinion it could be normal if you choose the foreground building process. the background one should run faster.

Re: ML110 SATA RAID
There is a 2 option menu when you build the raid, quick or full.
quick takes a few minutes, full takes a lot of hours to build.
HP have a tool for manage the raid after install the server.
