ML350 G2 and G1 issues with SmartArray 532 not seeing bootable drives

I have two ML350 G1 and G2 with the same error message that it cannot find any bootable drives despite the bios identifying the drives.

I have tried different versions from 4.5 to 7.10 of the SmartArray software, I have tried systematically using different harddrives in different configurations. (i.e. 1, 2 or 4 18.2 gig drives)

The only other issue I notice is that the SCSI bios will not install on the boot.

Any ideas???
