ML350 server unable to boot up

Anybody encountered this problem before? After that, error message "ROM Redundancy Detected. 1615-Power Supply Failure or Power Supply Unplugged" appears. Then it will proceed to perform Multi Initiator Configuration which is the part that the system hanged.

"redundant rom detected" is not an error message . it just shows that we have a backup rom in place.
The Error 1615 is realted to PSU.

Reseat your power supply firmly
Check the Health LED status on the front of server
If you have redundant PSUs.. try with either of the PSUs in the primary slot.

Thanks! Have confirmed that it's not the power supply problem. Think most prob it's due to scsi card error now.

I am having this issue with an ML350 G2. I have removed the bad PSU and it still hangs when performing MIC.
Any idea what the issue may be?

Try resetting all the components

Hum G2 was suggested to work stable than G3.
