ML350G6 with 1680 x 1050 screen resolution

Hi all

I'm setting up an ML350G6 and use an HP L2045w screen. Unfortunately, the integrated graphics (ATI ES1000) doesn't support the required 1680 x 1050 resolution. Any idea, where to get a driver supporting this? The current driver version is 8.240.50.3000. I can't believe this resolution is not supported at all, since I use the same monitor on older Proliant servers as well and it works fine.
