ML530 G2 Smart Array 5312 multiple drive failure

I know its really old..

It is setup with 6 18.2GB drives in a RAID 1+0 configuration. All 3 drives on second channel are in failure. All three failure messages were generated within a few seconds. Hard to believe all 3 failed at once. Any thoughts on approach? Drives first? Controller? How do I swap the 5312 without losing data?
