my xw9400 crash when add adaptec 39320A-R SCS Icard

when I install a Adaptec 39320A-R SCSI Card my xw9400 crahed in power on test. When the SCSI card is not in the machine I can boot up fine. Disable SATA and SAS in BIOS is no use.why?
Anyone can help me.
