netraid 2M -128 and linux RedHat

LH4 + netraid 2M - 128
Linux (latest kernel) installation dead on mega driver!!! On other controllers (netraid 1m or internal netraid) installation is OK.
Is it a driver problem?

The Linux Driver present in HP download are is relative to Linux 7.1.
Latest version is 7.3 (or Linux advanced server 2.4) that include megamgr driver.
However the hp drive for linux 7.3 abort, too
