Netserver Agent Install 5.5

I've update several netservers in our enviorment with the 5.5 agents. All sucessful expect one. The install will connect to this LPR with NT4sp6a and copy the files and "start installing" but that's it. It does not matter how long I wait it never get off the Starting Install message..I just end up aborting the install. I've uninstalled the older version and attempted a reinstall and still nothing. Any ideas?
