Netserver E50 - upgrade to disk mirror
Have a new client with a Netserver E50 that has a single 4 GB disk that is getting full. Need to upgrade them to dual 9 GB in a RAID 1 Mirror configuration.
What is the best way to go about doing this? I don't want to lose the HP Utility Partition that I believe is on the current drive and there is no need to re-install the OS since it's running fine (NT4). I'd like to use an imaging process and suspect I will need a DOS boot floppy with appropriate SCSI drivers on it. Did one come with the server or does HP provide one?
Your suggestions, please. I am new to HP servers and this is the first upgrade of this type (one small disk to larger mirror set) that I have done.
Thanks
Bob Dienhart
