NetServer e60 processors
Does anyone know what the fastest processor the netserver e60 can use? the fastest pentium 3 processor i could find was like a 1.0 ghz or 1.2 the e60 has a single 550 in it and i would like to put dual 1.0ghz processors in it and also i saw slot 1 to socket 370 boards and theres faster socket 370 pentium 3 processors and theres l.4ghz celerons that will go in a socket 370 so i dont really know what to do

The fastest processors are the PIII 550MHz. This is the fastest that HP and the e60 server's BIOS will support.
also - Make sure you download the latest firmware upgrade to support the dual processor configuration.

Aaron,
The NetServer e60 will support upto a max of PIII 600Mhz processors. Dip switch setting for 600Mhz processors is 5,6,7,& 8 all OFF you will also need to upgrade the BIOS to the latest version 4.06.26 PN
