NetServer LS 5/133 bios problems

I have an old Netserver Ls and am trying to get it running. I'm not really sure if I'm doing anything wrong but when I go to boot it up I get an error where it says that bios is installed then jumps down and gives me an error saying bios is not installed. It then tells me to place software in drive A( my flexible disk drive) but I don't have any. Is this possible to fix?
