p400 array card

I'm currently working with a ML370R05 Server.
The machine currently has a P400 Smart Array Controller. It was upgraded from 256MB to 512mb cache.

I get the following message when booting the server:

"Slot 1 array controller is in lock-up state Due to hardware configuration failure Controller disabled until problem is resolved"

I have moved this card to several similar machines. the card displays the same error. Replaced the cache card and battery.

Someone suggest I call HP for a replacement. Just checking to see if someone out there is familiar with this problem. Thanks for any info.
