Problems with HP NetRaid 1M - help!!!

Hello everybody. This Thead is similar to another one, so some facts may be the same, but I have an other problem!

I have 4 HP Netserver Lp 2000r with a HP Netraid 1M card (single channel, 32MB). After the first boot, all Server were able to see the adapter during the bootup process and even when I pressed Ctrl+M to initiate the raid setup, it came up. I configured my RAID (5 with 4 9.1 HD). Then I installed W2K Server. The Floppy with the driver I made on another Server worked well on 3 of the Servers. On the 4th, the Driver was installed with no problems, but when it was initialisised, i began to hear loud beeps comming from the adapter. They do NOT stop, even when i rebooted the server. They are loud and repeat every second or two. 3 of the 4 HD went to red. Now the server starts with no POST-Errors or someting like that, but without the Controler(nothing from it is displayd during boot and it does not load the SCSI-BIOS for INT13)! I do not see the Ctrl+M-Message anymore! When using another Controler, the LEDs went back to green and the beeps stopped, but the CTRL-M-Message-Problem still occurs and the Card is not avalible for boot (but accessable during a new setup!) What the hell went wrong? How can I enter the Setup, and most important: how can I change the controler to act a an INT13 device angain?
Thank you very much for your help.
