Re: Proliant 500 problem
Hi Andy:
Might need to clarify with the user if the server is a 5500 or 5000.
Here are links to documents that can explain the ASR:
ProLiant 5500:
http://wwss1pro.compaq.com/support/reference_library/viewdocument.asp?countrycode=1000&prodid=52&source=328470-002.xml&dt=262&docid=7664
ProLiant 5000:
http://wwss1pro.compaq.com/support/reference_library/viewdocument.asp?countrycode=1000&prodid=36&source=219470-001.xml&dt=13&docid=7714
General Troubleshooting Guide:
http://wwss1pro.compaq.com/support/reference_library/viewdocument.asp?countrycode=1000&prodid=52&source=161759-007.xml&dt=269&docid=21786
Error Prevention Guide:
http://wwss1pro.compaq.com/support/reference_library/viewdocument.asp?countrycode=1000&prodid=52&source=335894-001.xml&dt=264&docid=22445
