Raid P400 controller configuration

Hi,

I want to install a raid controller on my Proliant ML320 G4 server. Currently I have 1 HD. I just got another HD so I can set set up the raid to 1+0 . How do i go about installing the new raid hardware and running my current OS on my HD and mirror it to the second HD? What is the safest way to do this?
