You need to update the firmware on your netraid controller. Without giving me any information, I can not give you a link to look at the specific card. here is a link to the controlers, you can get there from there:

I also had the same problem with my LC2000. I think I've inadvertently (may be) resolved it by clearing the CMOS.
Can you check to see if your system has the USB enabled?
Check by watching POST summary screen or going into CMOS (press F11 during boot) and checking individual PCI IRQ setting. If USB is enabled, clearing CMOS would disable it (from the 'EXIT' pull-down menu). Since USB is not supported on this system from HP, leaving it enabled can lead to problem(s).
