The standard ml150 only has ultra320 storage controller, which has no raid capabilities of its own.

Ultra-320 SCSI Channel A
up to 15 *
Control of up to 15 external SCSI devices
Ultra-320 SCSI Channel B
up to 5*
Up to 5 SCSI hard drives (addresses = ID 0, 1, 2, 3, 8)
Embedded SCSI controller (address = ID 7)

Unless you added another controller you cant't configure any mirroring within the hardware.

After installing Windows you can use disk-management to "upgrade" the system disk to a dynamic disk, and you can configure software mirroring to another disk.
