unable to boot to cd

Proliant ML530 G2, unable to access RBSU (suspect ML530 G2 does not have), no prompt for F9, trying F9, F10 or any of F keys before or during hardware discovery by BIOS does not work. System hangs after hard drive initialization and discovery of scsi tape drive. I had installed linux white box server, deleted partition and created anew in order to add more hard drives to partition.
