Unsupported CPU
I have problem with ML570 P20 Xeon700. When I turn on my server it detected two CPU but it halt with error message " The system unsupported CPU ".
after that I can't do anything. Somebody help me to solve this problem, please. Thank you so much.

Dear Sir
Do you have change processor or add second processor,if yes,you need boot server with original processor,and update BIOS.
You can download newer version from HP web site.

...and if the latest BIOS doesn't recognise the CPU, then your server is using non-supported parts for that machine...

This has solved many of my problems so far on Proliant servers. Hope this will help you.
