Why lost time each reboot?

The proliant is new. The battery 2032 is 3.02 V. 

Each I reboot the server lost the time.....

maybe you don't save your changes?

maybe. F9 menú, change time and date and push F10. If power off the server. Lost date and time

IIRC you press F10 and then the system asks a question and you need to answer "y".

The system likely expects U.S. keyboard, so you probably hit something else than "y", this would mean no, don't save.
