Windows 2000 Server doesn't reboot

Hi
When i try to reboot my w2k server running on dl 380 servers with newest Bios, it shuts down, but stays with a black screen and a "_" blinking at the top left

What can i do?

I tried the things at the link.
I don't have that .sys file and i also don't have the perflib reg entries

What can i do?

Just a thought - you don't have a USB device plugged into the back of your server do you? These can stop the server booting if you haven't disable USB boot in your BIOS.

No, i dont.
I only have connected 4*72GB disk at the internal array, Screen, Mouse, Keyboard and default things as CD rom
