How configure auto update

Hi guys.



I have this problem.



I have an X5 Tippingpoint, and I want to configure the option Auto DV Config.



I enabled the option and configure to periodically (every 1 day) at certain time; the device contact to the internet and download the last version of the digital vaccine; but I receive an error "Install http://i.tippingpoint.com/SIG_2.5.2_7778.pkg?param=1253569335_ddac88a3a8b42e52940d85d3aae37b05 failed"



The message say that can't connect to the web site.

If I click in the Update Now button; the same error appear.



How can I do this.
