What to do if URL is not blocked by Content Filter
For the Web Content Filter to be applied to HTTP traffic from LAN to WAN you'll need to create the following rule.
(FIREWALL >> Create Firewall Rule):
Action: Web Filter
Service: http
Source Zone: LAN
Destination Zone: WAN
Source/ Destination IP Address: Check the "ALL IP addresses" check box
WARNING: Make sure this newly created rule is above the default rule which permits ANY type of service from LAN to WAN
