Compatibility Check for HPE Cluster Configuration
Hi,
We have two HPE DL360 Gen10+ servers (P55273-421), each equipped with:
HPE NS204i-p Gen10+ Boot Controller (P12965-B21) for Windows
HPE Smart Array E208e-p SR Gen10 Controller (804398-B21)
We would like to connect both servers to a HPE MSA 2060 12Gb SAS SFF Storage (R0Q78B) populated with 20x HPE SSD 960GB (R0Q46A), and configure the environment as a Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC).
Could you please confirm if this hardware setup is fully compatible for such a clustered configuration, particularly regarding shared access to the MSA via the E208e-p controllers?
Also, are there any additional components (e.g., licenses, cables, or multipath software) that would be required or recommended?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Pedro Gomes

Re: Compatibility Check for HPE Cluster Configuration
Hi @pdsgomes ,
Mentioned boot controller and Smart Array controller are supported on HPE DL360 Gen10 plus. Refer page 9 and 10 of this document.
To connect MSA to Server, you may required Mini-SAS HD cable. Please refer this document.

Shiva_jr

Re: Compatibility Check for HPE Cluster Configuration
Greetings!
For hardware compatibility, you may refer to HPE SPOCK and the QuickSpecs.
I see that Casper has already shared this information with you in detail.
