Correct order in which to failover a Microsoft cluster

Hi Guys,

What's the correct method of failing over a Microsoft file and print cluster? If there is a correct method...
Top down, or with the quorum drive first?
I failed over the active node last night, but the users couldn't see their home drives etc. Failing back saw things right themselves.
I Googled this, but came up with information that didn't really help much!
