Query on ServiceGaurd Cluster

Hi Team,

can we form a single node service guard cluster at the primary site using one server and when another server available at secondary site location we want to convert primary and secondary site servers to a service guard metrocluster with XP arrays using continuous access replication. Can this be done? What are the consequences of going from single node cluster to metrocluster?

Operating System is Linux RHEL 7.8
