Agents insight Manager

Hello,
i have a problem with insight manager.
I can't manage in the Insight Manager, servers that are Windows 2000 Server, in desktop machines.
can you help me?

You should try deploying the corespondent desktop agent specific to the hardware platform regardless the fact that the OS is server. It seems to work fine although you won't get as much info as for a real server agent.
