Applet Loading message

Hi,

I'm using the RIB Lights Out Edition with 2.40A firmware and 2.3.0.1B driver on Windows 2000 with SP1. When creating a session it connects OK, but the full screen and framed options don't work. First off, they displayed a message regarding that a Java plug-in was required. I loaded this (1.1.3 004), and now it just sits there displaying "Applet Loading" at the bottom of the page. The Remote Console (2-cursor) option works OK.

Another strange thing is that on some machines, when you logon at the initial screen with the Compaq logo, it displays the machine name in the blue box on some boxes but not on others.

A colleague tells me that this was working fine before the 2.40A firmware was applied to them. They were running 2.30A before. I have yet to downgrade the firmware to see if I can get it to work with that yet.

Any ideas??
