ArcServe Informational Trap

I have installed Insight Manager 5.30 over two different servers. I have configured ArcServe Backup Software of more than 80 servers to send a trap to older Insight Manager installation. The messages are received correctly and an automatic job verify the type of message. I have changed the destination of the trap messages and now the destination is the newer server. Now the messages are received always as Informational Trap or Error Trap but never as more detailed event (Backup successful). Why? The parameters of both server are the same.
