C0000005 errors in Surveyor.exe after SP4 upgrade

We upgraded most of our servers to SP4 last week. In the last few days, we have started getting DrWatson errors in Surveyor.exe on a number of servers....six at last count.

The one I checked version on was running the 6.2 agents. Is there a known issue with Survey?

I don't have any Servers on 6.20, but I've not seen this on any of our SP4 Servers, we're on 7.00 - so you might want to look at updating the Softpaq.
