CIM 7 sp2 install problem

After downloading the full install version, and start to perform the install, I get a dialogue box telling me "Unable to load C:\Windows\Temp\_istmp1.dir\imxeinst.dll. Installation aborting....

Does anyone know why this is? I am trying to install it ina Windows 98 environment.

IM7 can only be installed on Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, or Windows Server 2003.
