Compaq Insight Manager - Monitoring agents

I need your Help as I am using Compaq Insight Manager Tool to monitor all my work place servers
But since I have introduced VMware machines and this can not be monitored via this tool for any failure.
I have tried to install web unable agents and unable SMTP without success.
