database password has change

I think because SQL password that was used during IM7 installation has changed, now I cannot access IM at all, I did create sql account for im and modify ODBC sources, can test connection sucesfully but still get these error messages in event viewer "shutting down: can't get initial connection to database"

when try to start IM I get cmd box with message "waiting for HTTP server to initialize..."

well I did reset password for same account that was used during installation and now all works ok... although this is anoying that I have to keep same uid .
that;s how I solved my own problem
