Hello,
We are using Insight Manager XE v2.1
As we are able to create a task to send a mail if any device goes critical, Is it possible to customise this message that goes in the email (i.e. customising the body of the message).
If so how can this be done?.

At this time, there is no way to customize the message. What type of information are you wanting to add?
