Event ID 1015, 1003 and 2020 (evntagnt)
We've installed v 6.3 agents on 10 servers. SNMP, Mgmt agents and Event Notifier are all configured exactly the same. 2 of the servers are unable to send test trap messages in the HP management configuration box. It looks as though it works, but an email is never sent. In the application event log there are several events listed. There is an event ID 5 from CIMNOTIFY that says a description for that event cant be found. Event 2020 from evntagnt says that the SNMP Event Log Extension agent has terminated. Event 1003 says "TraceFileName parameter not located in registry" and 1015 says the same as 1003 with the addition of "Default trace level used is 32". Has anyone seen this or found a resolution?

Re: Event ID 1015, 1003 and 2020 (evntagnt)
First,
Upgrade to 6.40 Agents, as the 6.30 agents have numerous problems. The 1015 and 1003 errors are as a result of the SNMP Event Log Extension Agent missing a registry value, could, but shouldn't be related to the problem you are having.
Even ID 2020 sounds like the agent is getting hung and then the service terminates.
I suggest you upgrade to 6.40, and then post if you still have issues.
