Get text insted of SNMP object name

When I get a mail with a threshold passed message I got something like
Compaq Threshold Agent: Falling Threshold Passed.
SNMP MIB Variable .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.4.1.1.5.1 has value 0 <= 97.
Severity: Unknown
Description: None.
Refer to the Compaq MIB for a definition of the variable.
[SNMP TRAP: 10006 in CPQTHRSH.MIB] .

Is it posible to get a tekst saying what disk or CPU that has passed the threshold
