Getting strange error when selecting File System Space Used option
Has anyone seen this error when selecting the File System Space Used option to setup the disk threshold? I'm having this problem on both of my IM7 servers (IM7 SP1.2 and IM7 SP2.3). I'm running Windows 2000 on both servers. Please see attachment.

Re: Getting strange error when selecting File System Space Used option
I've had similar problems when the Java Cache has got corrupted.
Try shutting down you IM login session and then from the Control Panel running up the 1.3 JRE. If you've more than one repeat for all.
Go to Cache and clear it. Restart a new Browser session and relogin. If you've a number of Browser sessions running JRE's I'd consider closing them all down.

What do you mean by "running up"?

If you're running some variant of NT, goto Control Panel and look for the Java PlugIn items.
Double click on it to start up the GUI, you'll find a Cache Tab, go to that and select the Clear Cache button. It deletes all of the temporary Java Cache files.
