HPIM 7.0

How do I create a monthly "Event" report? I have created a "Query & Task", however when going over to "Create/Edit" report, there isn't a category which allows or provides "Event" (Critical, Important or Minor" reporting. I would like to create a "Monthly Event Log" report on a Production system which we manage for the VA.
