IM7 SP2 getting Java Errors

Hi,
I have IM7 SP2.1 on a Win2k SP4 box with Citrix Metaframe XP and Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (128-bit security). Often, when I click on the IM interface, for example the Settings tab and then the Tools tab, I get the same "object doesn't support..." popup error; when I click OK on the popup, the page remains stuck on the "loading page" message, without actually loading anything....
Did someone solve this problem???

NO. We still live with the problem. I have not determined why some desktops get the error and others don't.

Try removing all versions of JRE you have installed on the troubled workstation.

I have tried that with no success. Our workstations are fully managed with a lot of security. The user does not have admin access to the C drive so we log on with an admin account and let IM7 push the install to the desktop to get Java to install. Then during normal usage jre is local on the desktop. What bothers me is only about half of the machines have the problem.
