Insight Manager Shut Down Problem

I recently installed Inisght Manager 7 SP2.3 on my server, and the server would constantly shut down on it's own rendering it useless. After removing Insight Manager the problem has stopped. What can I do to run Insight Manager and not have the computer shut down. (I'm running it on Windows 2000 Server on a Deskpro EN)

That's certainly not a typical problem. Were there any events in the Windows Event Log?

Please note that IM7 is now end of life. Its replacement is HP Systems Insight Manager.
