installation of insight manager 2.3 on win 2000 SQL 2000 failed

this is what I am getting

SQLState = S1000, NativeError = 0
Error = [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]ODBCBCP/Driver version mismatch
Process Exit Code 1
ERROR:Loading database table associationDataHandlers into INSIGHT_DB_V32
ERROR:User aborted installation
for some reasone I am getting dialog box saying "loading database table asociationDataHandlers into INSIGHT_DB_V32" with stop sign in it.

We're experiencing the same problem with HP SIM 4.0.

Try updating the Microsoft Data Access Components. That seems to be the root of the error: Error = [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]ODBCBCP/Driver version mismatch

I received an Exit Code of 193 but did not receive an ODBC/Driver version mismatch.
